Cab Call Experts seeks services of CSR / Customer Service Representative who will act as a liaison, book cab rides for passengers, provide related information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
We are looking for CSR'S excited to help customers who are patient, empathetic and passionately communicative.
A CSR will have to put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The CSR will gather customer feedback for the business. We seek such personnel who are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
Good rates of pay for suitable applicants. Evening and Weekend Shifts available.
Main Duties:
Dealing with Taxi bookings & queries.
Dealing with corporate and cash clients.
Dealing with complaints.
Any Ad-hoc duties that have been passed to you by a Manager.
Pro-active approach to your and your colleagues work.
Skills and Experience required:
Experienced working in a call centre
Experience with booking software
*Experience in Autocab 365 is a plus.
Professional and courteous manner.
Excellent Communication skills
We are located in Wah Cantt and this is an office based job.
