Description
Description:
- Used 3 heavy duty flush (hollow) door.
- 1 door = Rs. 5,500 (final - non-negotiable) and 2 doors = Rs. 8,500 (final - non-negotiable)
- Height 6.6 ft (79.2 inches), width 2.3 ft (27.6 inches) and is around 25~30kg.
- It is a little bit rugged on lower part of the door but no major damage, except minor scratches and in-need of some paint job, which is a minor inconvinience depending on your own usage of the door(s).
- The doors were primarily used as bathroom and room doors but are generally all-purpose flush doors.
- Condition of each door 8/10 (minor paint cover needed - refer to pic 1), 9/10 and 9/10.
Reason of selling:
- Clearing space at home, so the asking price is very reasonable but may be slightly negotiable (on set of 3 only) if interest of buying is expressed.
- There will be no negotiations for single and set of two doors, since it's very fair and reasonable according to the floating market prices as 1 new door is around Rs. 12,000~15,000.
- This is a casual ad, it is not a business of mine and is not urgent in nature.
**Important note**
You are free to come and inspect the doors, but do keep in mind that I live on the 3rd floor of the apartment and each door is very heavy (as mentioned), so it is my advice that the potential buyer bring in someone who can do the heavy lifting as I cannot provide you any support in getting the doors to your convinience.
